Equipment features: Our company has continuously absorbed advanced technologies at home and abroad for many years, and it has been proved by production practice that the equipment performance is stable and reliable for many times. The winding machine adopts a fully closed-loop computer control system jointly developed by our company and Tsinghua University, which is accurate in control and reliable in operation. It has two control modes, internal control and external control, which are optional and easy to operate. When external control is used, all the operations in the whole winding process can be completed on the winding trolley, saving manpower. The system software platform adopts Red Hat Linux 8.0+RTlinux3.1, which is the most advanced high-performance operating system platform at home and abroad. The software part overcomes the phenomenon of "zero drift" in similar products. The control accuracy can reach 0.05 mm, and it is constantly improving and upgrading. We provide free software upgrade service for all products sold. There are many ways to add sand, which can be selected at will according to the requirements of users. The bed of the winding machine adopts the integral box structure of steel skeleton, which has good rigidity and stability. The transmission system has two types: sprocket chain transmission and rack-and-pinion transmission, which users can choose. The rubber dipping system is equipped with an automatic rubber scraping device, so that the rubber dipping amount can be controlled, which not only meets the technological requirements, but also avoids the waste caused by excessive gluing. The bottom of the rubber dipping tank is designed as an arc, which avoids the waste of residual rubber.
The lining machine is equipped with PLC device and unique tension frame device, so that winding roving, veil and fiberglass cloth can be completed automatically. The electrical control system adopts digital control technology, which is programmable and highly automated.
Both winding machine and lining machine are equipped with resin supply pump station, which is a new comprehensive resin supply system developed by our company. It has been widely used in practice and the effect is very good. The unique pneumatic mixing head is small and exquisite, evenly mixed and easy to use. Up to 40Kg/ min. It completely meets the requirements of resin supply for extra-thick sand layer, and the flow rate of resin and curing agent is adjusted synchronously at a fixed ratio. The discharge pressure is 2.5Mpa, and the proportion range is 0-4.08%.
The demoulding machine adopts hydraulic transmission, which is stable and reliable, with large demoulding force, and adopts the single-action positioning form of four claws with gantry structure, which is accurate in positioning. The claw has long telescopic distance and wide diameter application range. The use of a demoulding ring is avoided, and the operation is simpler and easier. The core mold machine is equipped with a high-precision lathe bed, a carriage and a carriage driving system, which can not only trim the pipeline but also make FRP molds, thus realizing a dual-purpose machine. FWJS-3500 micro-control filament winding equipment produced by our company is a high-tech mechatronics product. The whole winding process is controlled by microcomputer program, which has the characteristics of beautiful line shape, high accuracy and convenient operation and use. The host computer of microcomputer control system is the industrial computer of Taiwan Province Yanhua Company. Main frequency 1G, RAM 128M, 32M DOM, SVGA color display, industrial keyboard, advanced selection, reliable performance and high control accuracy. The program adopts adaptive control technology, which strictly maintains the motion relationship between the mandrel and the guide wire head under any conditions, and has strong adaptability and can automatically correct errors. When producing different products, it is very convenient to change the speed ratio relationship through the method of parameter satisfaction, and the system can store Nx product parameters. The color Chinese display interface is adopted, which requires few input parameters, flexible and convenient parameter setting, and has alarm and protection functions. Equipped with manual/automatic switching function, which is convenient for users to operate.
