1. Brief introduction of lightning arrester winding machine
The winding machine for lightning arrester is specially designed for the appearance of lightning arrester to be dipped by a single fiber roving and then repeatedly wound on the same tangent line to achieve a grid shape on the appearance. For this winding process, it will make the winding mechanical equipment and winding computer program have quite high precision requirements. Our company has made many innovations and upgrades for this high-precision winding process, and produced two forms of winding machines (gantry and horizontal) for customers to choose from. Now it has been put on the market in large quantities and has been highly praised by customers.
2. Main structure and working principle
2.1 Main structure
The micro-control gantry five-station lightning arrester winding machine is mainly composed of a head gearbox (five-axis output), a connecting base, a movable tailstock (five sets of tooling connecting disks+pneumatic centers), a lathe bed track, a tailstock, a movable trolley, a roving guide head telescopic device, a dipping tank rack, a dipping system, a roving ball rack, a microcomputer control cabinet and the like.
2.1.1 Machine head
The headstock consists of spindle servo motor, precision gear reducer, transmission shaft, connecting plate, headstock, precision gear pair, etc. The spindle servo motor is controlled by computer G code, which can adjust speed stepless.
2.1.2 Bed track and trolley
The lathe bed track is a supporting part of the trolley, which has an integral structure, and is provided with a linear guide rail for the trolley to move and a transmission precision ball screw pair for the trolley to move. The upper servo motor is connected with the ball screw pair through the coupling to drive the trolley to reciprocate linearly. The servo motor is controlled by a microcomputer, and the linear guide rail strictly guarantees the speed ratio relationship between the trolley running speed and the mandrel rotating speed to ensure the set winding angle. The trolley is a moving working platform, which is equipped with a roving guide telescopic frame and a roving guide device. The roving guide telescopic frame can be fixed tightly with the jacking roving after manually adjusting the distance between the roving outlet ring and the product.
2.1.3 Resin dipping system and roving guide device
The resin dipping system is placed on the trolley to ensure that the roving is evenly mixed with resin solution. It consists of a resin dipping tank, a heating tank, a roving passing plate, a roving carding device, a stainless steel roller and a resin hanging plate. The roving guide device consists of a creel, an intermediate creel, a roving separator and a roving guide head. The roving ball is placed on the creel, enters the resin dipping system through the middle creel and roving separator, then enters the roving guide head and is wound on the mandrel. The guide roving head is installed on the trolley and can be adjusted by the linear guide rail on the trolley to make it elongate or shorten.
2.2 working principle
The following requirements should be met when winding the fiber mesh shape on the revolving surface (product): First, the linear design should be met, that is, the fiber mesh shape should be compiled continuously, evenly and regularly on the product surface. Second, the fiber position is stable and not slippery. Therefore, the winding machine must have two basic motions, namely, the uniform rotation motion of the product around its axis and the linear motion of the guide head (trolley) parallel to the axis direction of the product. As long as the relative relationship between these two movements-speed ratio is controlled, the required line shape can be wrapped. The relative relationship between these two movements is controlled by computer (G code). After the product data is input into the microcomputer, the spindle motor is started, and the spindle motor rotates. According to the input data, it is controlled by the microcomputer, and the car reciprocates on the workbench according to certain rules. The roving on the guide head will be wound on the workpiece according to a certain rule, so that the linear shape can be wound according to the design requirements.
